Kamy Zarbafi (Chair)Vice President Publishing Services/Fundraising Services Cornerstone Fundraising As Vice-President of Cornerstone’s Fundraising and Publishing Services business units, Kamy works with Clients in the Fundraising and Publishing sectors to provide a full range of data management services. Kamy brings a unique combination of Client service, order/donation processing and fulfillment experience. Before joining Cornerstone in 2003, he held senior, hands-on management positions on the Client-side and at an out-sourced magazine fulfillment service-bureau. Kamy’s understanding of the processing and fulfillment process coupled with his industry-specific experience puts him in an excellent position to understand and meet the needs of Canadian publishers and fundraisers looking to outsource their subscription fulfillment or donor database management. Kamy is member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, the Canadian Magazine Publishers Association and is past president of the Circulation Management Association of Canada. | |
Kristian Dart Kristian is responsible for the development and execution of a multi-channel marketing strategy for the Foundation’s direct marketing program in seven provinces. His responsibilities also include the management of the national Online Fundraising program. He has been with the Foundation for seven years, previously working in the New Business Development team. Kristian earned an MBA with a focus in Strategic Marketing from McMaster University. Kristian is also a member of the Canadian Marketing Association, Not for Profit Council. | |

Angie Mackie, CRFE Angie has spent her entire career servicing the not-for-profit community. At the Canadian Red Cross Society and Canadian Diabetes Association, she merged independent direct marketing programs, developed vibrant monthly giving programs, built relationship strategies for higher end supporters and implemented fundraising software. At The Donnée Group, Angie continues to help a number of clients exceed their fundraising goals including: Canadian Mental Health Association, Parkinson Society Canada , The William Osler Health Centre Foundation and the St. Joseph 's Health Centre Foundation. Angie volunteers on several local boards and in addition to her CFRE, has an MBA from the University of Toronto. | |
Nancy McInnis Nancy is Director, Direct Response and Lottery at the Canadian Cancer Society, Ontario Division. Nancy directs all aspects of the Society's direct response program including mail, in bound telephone, on-line as well as the lottery. Before joining the Society, Nancy spent three years as an Account Director with Wyers Direct Inc. and managed all tactical planning and implementation of donor and prospect appeals for her clients. She also held various positions at Cornerstone Group of Companies during her 15-year tenure; including eight years working in the List Brokerage division executing direct marketing strategies for not-for-profit organizations. She was also Account Director, Fundraising Services at Cornerstone, specializing in donation processing and database management for not-for-profit organizations. | |
Dusanka Pavlica Dusanka is Director of Resource Development at Canadian Feed The Children where she oversees direct mail, telemarketing, face to face and major gifts campaigns, as well as special events and all aspects of donor services. Dusanka has been fundraising for a number of Canadian charities over the past 20 years, starting on the supplier side. | |
Kevin Sherwin Kevin Sherwin has almost 25 years of professional marketing and fundraising experience, having worked for one of Canada's largest charities, a national publication, and three agencies. He is now a marketing and fundraising consultant, to help organizations maximize the results of their efforts and to solidify customer and donor relationships. Kevin has served on a variety of councils and committees for the CMA for more than 15 years, including chairing conference committees. In additon he has served as a convention and committee member for the AFP. Kevin also has volunteered for a wide variety of charities and other worthy organizations. | |
