Sulemaan Ahmed

Sulemaan Ahmed is a Principal at Servo Annex which is a firm that provides Senior Executive training for the Digital Age.

For over a decade he has helped build and lead digital marketing, e-commerce and social media initiatives at brands such as Apple, Sears, Air Canada and Harlequin. He was Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Kinetic Cafe, a Toronto-based innovation agency and startup accelerator where he built their Executive Education practice.

Despite working as a flight attendant to put himself through school, Sulemaan graduated with his Masters of E-Commerce degree from Dalhousie University and completed his thesis on email, which removes any doubt about him being a geek.

Sulemaan has spoken, trained and coached business leaders about digital marketing, e-commerce and social media in a number of settings. Recent speaking engagements include presentations to executive education programs, the Canadian Marketing Association, Fortune 500 corporations, and industry conferences across Canada.

Sulemaan has previously served as the Vice-Chair of the CMA Digital Marketing Council and co-authored the CMA Guide to Email Marketing, 2nd edition. He has been a contributing writer to the CMA Blog since its inception.

He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the White Ribbon Campaign to End Violence Against Women (helping spearhead the organization's growth to more than 60 countries worldwide.)
