Vicki Waschkowski

Vicki started in Direct Response and CRM marketing while still in university, and has been hooked ever since. Through her past 14 years of agency experience, Vicki has worked with some of the biggest agencies in the industry, including Rapp Collins, FCB, and MacLaren McCann. Through all of this, she developed and implemented numerous integrated marketing campaigns and CRM programs for blue-chip clients, primarily within the automotive, financial, and B2B sectors. In July 2011, she joined Kenna as Group Account Director to get back to the roots of strong data-driven CRM, to deliver technical and integrated marketing solutions.
In recent years, Vicki has also become entrenched in the Not-For-Profit segment, working with various clients in the space. Vicki is actively engaged with both the AFP Toronto marketing committee, the CMA Not-for-Profit Council, and did work within MacLaren Kiindrid focused specifically on NFP and cause marketing.
On the CMA blog, Vicki’s posts will focus on a range of insights and observations for both the for-profit and not-for-profit industries, as well as topics spanning customer engagement, social media, and integrated marketing. She is also active on twitter via @waschkowski and would love to engage with you there.
