New CMA website launches

Today, Canadian Marketing Association (CMA) launched a completely new and improved website.  It features easier access to content, commentary and news on the key issues facing the marketing community.

The site features an improved members-only section and new search options available to any employee of a CMA Member organization: better access to CMA articles, papers and research and easier registration for CMA events.

An example of the new functionality, when you search by a given discipline, all relevant & related activities, educational offerings, papers, and blog posts will be shown – makes finding what you need a lot faster and efficient!

So welcome  - let us know what you think of our makeover - submit your comment here and when the urge to post strikes, submit a new post at the blog home page.

Like the website reformat but some links aren't really working. For example, on this page: http://online.the-cma.org/?WCE=C=Wizard^K=1067~0&APIKEY=
The link to "CMA's blogging policy" is dead: http://online.the-cma.org/about/privacy-policy

Victor - the first link looks like a document made available to members only. The later, we will look into - thanks for your note!

It looks as if you have moved the Glossary of Terms to the members-only site. This is disappointing, since it might be a useful role for the CMA to provide a broader educational role.

Actually - the glossaries should be all open, sorry about this! We are combing through the site and cleaning up the glitches with our new site. By using the following strings in the search field at the top of the page, you will find some of the glossaries:

    "database glossary"
    "fundraising glossary"
    "direct marketing glossary"

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
