As Director, Brand, Marketing and Creative Services for Metrolinx, Jennifer leads the vision and alignment of brand strategy and marketing campaigns across the organization. Working with cross-functional teams across Metrolinx operations and services, including GO Transit, Presto and UP Express, she manages a team of strategic and creative professionals to build public understanding of the largest transit infrastructure development in Canadian history. The mission: To create connections across the region that help everyone spend more time living and less time commuting.

Jennifer’s strategic expertise in both public and private sector environments spans branding, marketing, digital strategy, PR and corporate communications. In her previous role with the Province of Ontario she spearheaded both long-term strategic planning and issues management and led priority integrated campaigns across all 26 ministries including Health, Foodland Ontario, Economic Development and Training, Colleges and Universities.

Jennifer is fueled by her passion for break-through creative work driven by strong insight and a determination to build responsibly brave public-sector brands.
