As the National Director of Marketing and Communications for The Salvation Army in Canada, John is responsible for media relations, crisis and issues management, publicity and advertising. He's worked for The Salvation Army for over 20 years, including two years providing communications support in Zimbabwe.
John has a BA in History and am currently working on a MA in Interdisciplinary Studies, with a focus on communications and humanitarian action.
