Account Coordinator
Primary Role:
The Account Coordinator is responsible for the support and service of the client and account team and is an entry-level position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist account team on internal trafficking of projects through Creative, Studio and Production
- Obtain schedules and advise project team of any delays or variances
- Participate in weekly status meetings
- Issues, copies and circulates contact reports from meetings
- Proof reads English and French material at all stages of project
- Responds and delivers Client and internal requests in a service oriented manner
- Recognizes financial terminology and understands what can have an impact on a project budget
- Runs weekly efficiency reports by docket
- Fosters a good working relationship with clients, either through direct contact or in support of client needs
- Remains current on all aspects of client marketing trends and other areas affecting client’s business
- Collects and files competitive communication and samples
- Tracks receipt and quality of seeds and print samples
- Provides other administrative support to account team
Qualifications:
- A post-secondary degree / diploma in marketing is preferred
- Strong desire to be in the communications industry
- A “can do” attitude

Account Executive
Primary Role:
The Account Executive provides support to the account team and reports to a Senior Account lead, Account Supervisor or Account Director. This position is responsible for day-to-day account management and supporting the senior account team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with tactical activities and planning on specific projects
- Develop internal briefing documents for specified projects
- Manage day-to-day project execution through creative, studio and production
- Participate in the creative development of projects
- Review all creative/production material at every stage
- Attend all status meetings and handles some client interaction
- Build professional relationships with clients
- Monitor schedules and advise project team of any delays or changes
- Act as client contact on daily management of projects and correspondence
- Responsible for contact / call reports, status reports, budget management and any other client administrative support as required
- Ensure all client requests are met in a timely & service oriented manner
- Assist in soliciting the client’s perspective on key measures of success
- Manage estimates/budgets from preparation to client approval with management guidance and final approval
- Proofread English & French material at all stages of projects
- Responsible for agency and client budget management
- Work closely with the Account Coordinator and reports to a senior account team member (Account Supervisor, Account Director Etc)
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in Marketing is preferred
- Minimum 1 year of agency experience

Digital Designer
Primary Role:
This person would be responsible for the timely delivery of high-quality final digital concepts and assets required for the production of client projects. The Digital Designer often works closely with a writer, and reports into the Creative Director or Creative Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team to create, produce and/or manage digital designs
- Develop projects on most relevant development platforms
- Understanding of information architecture (e.g., sitemaps, siteflows, wireframes, etc)
- Schedule and co-ordinate workflow for jobs in progress
- Ensure that projects are completed in the most efficient and cost-effective manner based on creative briefing
- Provide studio costs (hours & hard costs)
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience in Interactive marketing (depending on level of seniority)
- Understanding of direct marketing and promotions
- Strong technical proficiency of Quark Express, Illustrator and Photoshop, HTML, Flash, database development, etc
- Understand and work within the Interactive Methodology
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, team environment
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tight timelines
- Know how to uncover needs, and work to establish long-term relationships with clients
- Proven ability to focus on desired results/goals and meet or exceed them with minimal supervision
- Understand and learn new technology that impacts the development of interactive assets
Senior Digital Designer
Primary Role:
The Senior Digital Designer is responsible for producing electronic art, retouching and mock-ups for job specific mandates. This role typically reports to the Studio Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce electronic art for print-ready files, in general after the Art Director has completed his tasks Take direction from the Art Director in preparing files and retouching photography.
- May be responsible for mock-ups as required
- Receive changes from production manager
- Attend briefings
- Ensure that projects are completed in the most efficient and cost-effective manner
- Provide studio costs (hours & hard costs)
- Attend studio turnover – asks questions
- Traffic proofs to proofreader • Scan images/illustrations
- Prepare CD of computer art + mock-ups for print • Review and approves film/digital proofs
Qualifications:
- Will vary according to requirements but agency experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Detail oriented, creative, organized, and adaptable
- Task ownership and drive projects to completion
- Strong command of Quark Express, Flash, Illustrator and Photoshop etc
