OPC launches consultation on transborder data flows

The Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC) is revisiting its policy position on cross-border transfers of personal information under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Comments are due by June 4, 2019 and CMA will make a submission.
