Brent Chaters is Accenture’s Managing Director Digital Customer & Marketing. He has over 20 years of Digital Marketing experience across both client side and consulting side through multiple industries working for some of the largest fortune 500 brands around the globe.
He is the author of Mastering Search Analytics and co-author of Multichannel Marketing Ecosystems: Creating Connected Customer Experiences. He has taught for ISDE & Harvard’s Global Executive Master Digital Business on both Social CRM and Customer Experience.
Senior Value Engineer
As a Senior Value Engineer with Workfront, Jake consults with some of the largest organizations around the world to assist them in evolving their work management processes, achieve efficiencies and discover greater value in the use of the Workfront platform. Jake joined Workfront after spending more than a decade working inside agencies where he played a portfolio leadership role for major brands. His background also includes web and applications development, project management and application architecture.
Katia Houbiguian is the CMO and leads the Central Marketing Organization at Microsoft Canada, managing go-to-market, center-of-excellence and operations teams to drive integrated digital marketing, advertising, social media, events, and analytics across consumer and commercial businesses. Prior to joining the Canadian subsidiary in January 2016, Katia held various roles at the Microsoft France subsidiary, including leading the Commercial Marketing Team and managing the subsidiary’s Business, Strategic Planning and Operations. Previous to Microsoft, Katia had has held a number of progressively senior roles within great IT companies (Compaq and HP), giving her strong experience in P&L management, sales, communications and marketing. Katia graduated in Economics from Sciences Po Paris and has a Masters in Strategic Marketing & Market Research. She also has an Executive MBA from HEC Paris.
