Meet Jason Furlano
Jason Furlano is a media and marketing leader, with extensive experience within the advertising and technology industry. He is widely recognized for his expertise and passion, regularly speaking at Canadian events on transformational trends and emerging technologies. As VP of Sales, Jason currently leads the expanding Canadian sales team at MiQ, bringing over 12 years of agency and sales experience to the team. He oversees key relationships with a number of strategic partners, driving the design and development of MiQ's proprietary analytics platforms and media solutions. His previous experience includes leading the programmatic sales team at Yahoo and BrightRoll, and holding positions at Oath, Vizeum and MediaCom. His tenure working with all major holding companies and clients has propelled the MiQ initiative to help businesses win through marketing intelligence.

Meet Adrian Capobianco
Adrian is considered one of the top digitally experienced agency leaders in Canada. As President of Vizeum, he uses his business and technology experience to help a diverse portfolio of clients leverage the changes in the digital economy.
He has been instrumental in building and transforming many businesses. His career began at IBM and has focused on the interchange of business, technology and advertising. From IBM, Adrian helped to establish the teams, processes and clients in the early days of the digital revolution at Rare Medium, Publicis and FUSE Marketing Group and later at Cundari and Proximity/BBDO. In 2008, he founded and launched the digital innovation agency Quizative, which would be acquired by Cundari where he went on to lead the combined globally acclaimed digital team.
Adrian is actively engaged in the marketing community and is sought after to contribute and speak at various Canadian and Global events. He also serves as Board Vice-Chair of the Heart and Stroke’s Canadian Partnership for Stroke Recovery.
Meet Alice Carroll
Alice Carroll is a passionate brand marketer with a deep understanding and appreciation for mobile marketing intelligence. Having kickstarted her career in NYC with prestigious fashion house Fendi, Alice returned to Ireland to work agency side before joining Pernod Ricard in 2014.
Initially based in France, a dark market for alcohol advertising, Alice truly learned the value of mobile marketing intelligence. Since her arrival in Canada Alice has worked across multiple functions at Corby Spirits and wine (a subsidiary of Pernod Ricard) including both trade and brand marketing roles. As global brand manager for Lambs Alice pioneered the global re-brand of Lambs rum resulting growth of the European business by 60% as well as launching multiple successful innovations the Canadian market.
In her current role as Brand Manager for Jameson, Canada’s leading Irish Whiskey, Alice is known for constantly challenging the marketing ‘status quo’, integrating and experimenting with innovative initiatives, relying heavily on mobile marketing intelligence to inform through the line marketing strategy, contributing to growth of the Irish whiskey portfolio by 20% year on year.
Meet Darren Hardeman
Digital VP Darren Hardeman has made a big move, joining the MediaCom Canada team as its SVP of digital strategy.
Hardeman comes to the GroupM agency from his most recent role as VP of digital at M2 (which is now Initiative), a job which he moved to last September, leading digital strategy for all clients at the agency.
Prior to going to M2, Hardeman was at fellow GroupM agency Maxus Canada for over three years as managing director, planning and digital.
