A certified accessibility consultant, usability analyst and user experience researcher, Jennifer has been an inclusive design advocate for over 13 years. She is a subject matter expert on digital accessibility for web and mobile applications and works alongside content writers, designers, developers and marketing specialists extensively in Canada, the US and UK.
As a policy and standards advisor, she has helped customers integrate accessibility into their current processes to ensure their digital experiences are fully inclusive and compatible with assistive technology.
Jennifer is a member of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and participates in the Education and Outreach Working Group (EOWG), the Accessibility Roles & Responsibilities Methodology Group and WCAG Silver Community Group. She is a member of the UN’s G3ict Consortium and International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP) and previously co-chair of the Native Mobile Testing Symposium committee.
