Leading Canada Post’s consumer behavioural insights portfolio, Danielle has a unique perspective and expertise on evolving Canadian consumer behaviours, their path to purchase and drivers of loyalty. Combined with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by today’s marketers, she and her team consult with Canadian businesses and brands on building optimal integrated marketing strategies that drive success for their programs.

Kristi has close to 20 years of sales and marketing experience & has spent the last 13 years at Canada Post working with large enterprise marketing organizations as well as midmarket entities. She helps to advance their marketing initiatives & grow their businesses through strategy and data intelligence. Kristi holds an MBA from Niagara University and an Economics degree from the University of Waterloo. She’s an avid sports fan, rooting for the Buffalo Bills and Toronto Raptors, & is a dog lover, especially fond of her mini labradoodle, Stella.
