- Discover: This is all about divergent thinking, looking at trends and identifying the areas of opportunity. In the Discover stage of the session you will work with both an opportunity map template and an opportunity development chart template
- Distill: The Distill portion of the process focuses on potential; competitive advantage and analyzing internal resources to verify capacity.
- Design: The Design section takes you through the priorities identified in the first two steps and focuses on generating ideas with the help of a creative team. An idea development template clarifies the thought process for this step
