Jennifer has over 10 years of experience in customer experience and business development. She has worked extensively with call center operations in a variety of different verticals including retail, telecommunications, finance, energy, travel and education and provides a strategic and analytic approach to the process of business partnership. She works from Toronto but supports clients on an international level.
Jennifer writes for Contact Management Magazine and has contributed to various industry related events over the last several years.
Jennifer holds an MBA from the Canadian School of Business and an Honours B.A. from York University.
