With over 18 years market research experience, Lesley has assisted some of North America’s largest multi-unit retailers develop and implement ongoing customer experience tracking programs and employee engagement programs designed to catapult satisfaction and loyalty levels, improve sales and ultimately corporate profitability. Starting her market research career during one of Canada’s biggest corporate mergers, Lesley managed the employee engagement study as the organizations became one.
Over the years, Lesley has developed a specialization in the realms of customer and employee research and is currently working with financial services organizations, in addition to a number of government and other corporate organizations. Throughout her career, Lesley has worked with a variety of North American and global clients in designing and executing tracking studies designed to drive loyalty, improve operations and grow sales.
More recently, Lesley has been involved in taking the customer experience for her clients to the next level through customer journey mapping research.
Lesley holds a business degree from the Ryerson School of Business and a Bachelor of Education from Brock University and has her designation as a CMRP (Canadian Market Research Professional) with the Marketing Research and Intelligence Association (MRIA).
