Lori has extensive experience in the marketing communications industry, with expertise in brand building, CRM and loyalty marketing. In her current role at CAA, she is responsible for both acquiring members and driving member value and continued engagement.
Prior to CAA, Lori held senior positions on both client and agency side, leading the development of the strategy and marketing communications for brands including Canadian Tire, State Farm, Scotiabank, Bank of Montreal, OLG, Yellow Pages, UNICEF, Plan Canada International, Lombard Insurance, Imperial Oil (Esso) and Aeroplan.
