CMA appears before Senate Committee on Bill S-4 (Digital Privacy Act)

The Digital Privacy Act (Bill S-4), an act to amend the private sector privacy legislation, PIPEDA, was introduced earlier this year. The CMA appeared before a Senate Committee on June 4 in Ottawa to seek clarification and propose amendments.
