CMA Submits Brief to Parliamentary Review of Canada Post

The Canadian Marketing Association was pleased to submit a written brief to the House of Commons Standing Committee on Government Operations and Estimates for consideration during their study of the Canada Post Corporation (CPC). The brief underscores a number of items, including the notion that the business community is arguably the principal source of CPC's revenue, be it communications or parcel delivery services. It is therefore vital that both CPC and Government reach out to businesses that use the postal services to engage in thorough consultations, determining not only what they like, but what makes sense from a business standpoint.
