SickKids Foundation and Cossette’s campaign “SickKids VS” was awarded the Best of the Best Award at the CMA Awards Gala, 50th anniversary edition, last Friday. SickKids’ Lori Davison, Vice President, Brand Strategy & Communications, was also named this year’s Canadian Marketer of the Year.

An Ottawa lawyer says his client has set a precedent in Ontario by successfully arguing in court her privacy was violated after footage of her jogging in public was used for commercial purposes. The judge ruled that the promotional filming was a “significant invasion of her privacy.”
