Student Membership will ensure you receive up-to-date news on the marketing industry and allow you to gain access to numerous resources that will help you in your marketing studies and allow you to network with future employers.
CMA Student Membership is intended for those enrolled in a full-time Canadian post secondary institution, or who have graduated from a full-time program within the past 12 months and are not yet permanently employed. Once employed, you must apply for corporate membership in order to continue to receive full benefits. Should you become engaged in full time employment CMA will not refund any portion of your paid student membership dues. CMA exercises the right at any time to request information to validate your student membership and, if it is determined you are gainfully employed, your student membership will become null and void.
As Canada's largest marketing association, CMA uses its considerable leverage to ensure it is consulted on key marketing issues and that the concerns of its members are heard by governments, consumer groups and regulatory agencies, and are well represented in the media.

Student Awards Competition
The CMA Student Awards Competition involves participating in a stimulating case study. By using your knowledge of direct marketing principles you can develop tactics and strategies to identify effective solutions for marketing or creative campaign.
